- Interested candidates for the above-mentioned positions are required to download the application form for a respective post from www.iocl.com
- Most recent passport size photograph may be pasted on the application form.
- Duly filled in the application form, along with a self-attested copy of proof towards the date of birth, educational qualification and experience are required to be scanned as a .pdf document.

- The selected candidate has to submit a fitness certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner holding at least a minimum MBBS degree at the time of joining.
